WMRT Competition rules

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of the competition is the World Match Racing Tour
  2. The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 years except employees of World Match Racing Tour and PelleP and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. No entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  5. The closing date for entry is Friday 24 July.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entires not received for whatever reason.
  7. The prize is as follows: 1 x WMRT collection PelleP Bermuda Jacket, 1 x WMRT collection Pelle P white polo shirt, 1 x WMRT collection Pelle P cap. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
  8. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all correct entries received and verified by the Promoter.
  9. The winner will be notified by email or direct message on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  10. The promoter will notify the winner to confirm their preferred size and when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
  11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
